Our hotel room block is now open at the Marriott Marquis San Francisco. We recommend checking in May 5, 2027, and checking out May 8, 2027.
To book your room, complete your conference registration and select “Book Room” on the confirmation page. The hotel block closes April 19, 2027, at 7:00 PM PST, so we encourage you to book early.
How Do I Book My Room?
You must register first to book your room. Once registered, follow these instructions:
- Click Here to Register or Modify Your Registration
- On the confirmation page, click "Book Hotel"
- Follow the booking instructions
The deadline to book your room in our block is April 20, 2027.
- Attendees should not contact the hotel until after this date. Attendees will no longer be able to make, modify, or cancel reservations through their Registration after this date. Any changes will need to be made directly with the hotel beginning 4/21/2027.
Standard Guest Room (Run of House)
$299++ per night
- Bed type assigned by the hotel at check-in, based on availability.
- Special requests may be added in the notes section, like preferred bed type, when booking your room. The hotel will make every effort to accommodate them, though requests can't be guaranteed.
- Pre- and post-event nights are offered at the group rate based on availability. If those dates don't show up when you book, please reach out to the event team.
- If any night shows as waitlisted, your reservation isn't confirmed; all nights must be available to complete the booking. You'll be notified if you come off the waitlist.

It is recommended that participants arrive on the afternoon/evening of May 5, 2027. Hotel check-in at the Marriott Marquis San Francisco begins at 4:00 PM.
Exhibitors are encouraged to arrive on May 5, 2027 to allow time for setup before the conference begins.
We recommend checking out on May 8, 2027. Standard hotel checkout time is 11:00 AM. Guests requesting a later checkout should speak with the Front Desk upon arrival; late checkout is subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Luggage storage is also available before check-in and after checkout.
On May 8, the conference will conclude with sessions from 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM, including breakfast.
